Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or by calling +91-9873628978. Cancellations are effective only upon written confirmation from Budget Yatra.

2. Flight Cancellations

• Flight cancellations are subject to the airline's fare rules and cancellation charges.
• Non-refundable tickets cannot be cancelled for a refund.
• Budget Yatra charges an additional processing fee of ₹500–₹1,000 per ticket.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 4 hours before departure for domestic flights and 24 hours for international flights.

3. Holiday Package Cancellations

• 30+ days before departure: 10% of total package cost
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% (No refund)

4. Hotel Cancellations

Hotel cancellation charges vary by property and booking type. Free cancellation windows, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking. After the free cancellation period, charges ranging from one night's stay to the full booking amount may apply.

5. MICE & Group Bookings

MICE and group booking cancellations are governed by specific contracts signed at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations within 30 days of the event attract a minimum 50% charge. Please refer to your booking agreement for exact terms.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of cancellation due to natural disasters, pandemics, government travel bans, or other force majeure events, Budget Yatra will work with service providers to offer maximum possible refunds or travel credits. Standard cancellation charges may be waived at our discretion.

7. Cancellation by Budget Yatra

In the rare event that Budget Yatra cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. We will notify you as soon as possible and assist in rebooking alternative arrangements.
