1. Digital Delivery

The majority of Budget Yatra's services are delivered digitally. E-tickets, hotel vouchers, travel itineraries, visa application forms, and booking confirmations are sent to your registered email address within the timeframes specified below.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Flight Tickets: Sent to email within 2–4 hours of confirmed payment.
• Hotel Vouchers: Delivered within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
• Holiday Package Itineraries: Shared within 48 hours of full payment.
• Visa Documents: Processed and shared as per embassy timelines (typically 3–15 working days).
• Travel Insurance Certificates: Emailed within 24 hours of policy issuance.

3. Physical Document Delivery

In cases where physical documents are required (e.g., original visa stickers, physical tickets), they will be dispatched via reputed courier services. Delivery within Delhi NCR typically takes 1–2 business days. Outstation deliveries may take 3–5 business days. Courier charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.

4. Non-Receipt of Documents

5. Incorrect Address / Email

Budget Yatra is not responsible for non-delivery of documents due to incorrect email addresses or physical addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of booking.
