1. Nature of Travel Services
Budget Yatra primarily provides travel services including flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa assistance, and travel insurance. As these are service-based offerings, the concept of a traditional "return" does not apply in the same way as physical goods.
2. Travel Documents
E-tickets, vouchers, and travel documents issued by Budget Yatra are non-returnable once issued. In case of errors in issued documents attributable to Budget Yatra, we will reissue corrected documents at no additional charge.
3. Physical Products (if applicable)
If Budget Yatra provides any physical products such as travel kits, SIM cards, or travel accessories, these may be returned within 7 days of receipt in unused and original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
4. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with any service provided by Budget Yatra, please contact us within 48 hours of the service being rendered. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a partial refund, service credit, or alternative resolution at our discretion.
