Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds at Budget Yatra are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers. Our service fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.

2. Flight Ticket Refunds

• Refunds on flight tickets are governed by the respective airline's fare rules.
• Non-refundable fares will not be eligible for any refund.
• Refundable tickets may attract airline-imposed cancellation charges.
• Budget Yatra will charge a processing fee of ₹500–₹1,000 per ticket for refund processing.
• Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after airline approval.

3. Holiday Package Refunds

• Cancellation 30+ days before departure: 10% of package cost deducted.
• Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 25% of package cost deducted.
• Cancellation 7–14 days before departure: 50% of package cost deducted.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
• No-shows: No refund applicable.

4. Hotel Booking Refunds

Hotel refunds are subject to the individual hotel's cancellation policy. Free cancellation periods, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking. After the free cancellation window, one night's charge or the full amount may be deducted.

5. Visa & Passport Services

Visa application fees paid to embassies or consulates are non-refundable regardless of the outcome. Budget Yatra's service charges for visa assistance are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
